The original premises were the offices, workshops and rehearsal rooms of the Everyman Theatre. Indeed the directors purchased these premises as part of an overall rescue package to save the Everyman in the 1990s.

Annexe Inc has stayed committed to its aims of supporting the arts and has also remained committed to Hope Street.
